JEWELRY CARE

— please be mindful when handling all jewelry —

Store all pieces away from any harmful elements, such as moisture, lotions, perfumes, and/or any other liquids; and make sure to keep these pieces in a separate protective closure when not being worn. 


Gold/Silver Plating and/or Filling:
Delicate care should be taken when wearing and/or cleaning these pieces as they can wear overtime, especially with heavy use. To ensure these pieces continue to look their best, gently clean with a polishing cloth (avoid any contact with moisture. KEEP IN A COOL, DRY PLACE.


Sterling Silver:
This metal naturally oxidizes overtime with general exposure to oxygen, moisture, and/or body oils. To ensure these pieces continue to look their best, gently clean with a polishing cloth and appropriate polishing agent and/or polishing pad. 


Stainless Steel:
Delicate care should be taken when wearing and/or cleaning these pieces as they can scratch when in contact with a rough surface. To ensure these pieces continue to look their best, gently clean with a stainless steel cleaner and a lint-free cloth. 

 It is recommended to clean all jewelry after wear in order to ensure these pieces remain free of any harmful exposure.

RING SIZING

The most accurate way to size your finger is to visit your local jeweller.
Please notice that each finger may have a different size, so keep that in mind if you are buying a ring that you would like to wear on a specific finger. If you cannot visit a local jeweller, you can try this website - here.

Items ship within 2-10 business days from the date of purchase. Each item will be processed in the order in which it was received. Please contact us for inquiries on rush or expedited shipping.

All US orders are shipped first class via USPS with tracking. International orders are shipped VIA ASENDIA first class - TRACKING OPTIONAL ($). For alternative shipping upgrades - please contact US via email prior to placing your order.

A/N/K STUDIOS is not responsible for any duties, taxes, tariffs or customs charges incurred by your respective location. If you are unsure of the charges that may be incurred on your shipment, please contact your local customs office.

We do not issue refunds for packages lost in transit.

We are unable to refund or replace stolen packages AND/or unretrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered. Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure.

We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or an incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued if and when they are received back at A/N/K STUDIOS, and will incur a reshipment fee.
